Mission
As your Voice Coach and Guide, I will empower you to transform your Voice, Speech and Dialects by providing guidance, expertise and support, so you can speak the Story of your Brand or Role with Confidence, Control, Connection, and Clarity.
Vision
During over more than 30 years of experience, I have constantly strived to develop a consummate approach to Voice, Speech and Dialect Training. I structure my coaching practice around how to best make a difference in the personal and professional lives of my students. I present, coach and support skill building through an interconnection of practical and intuitive awareness techniques that improve speaking confidence, voice control, authentic connections to audiences and skill in speaking with a clarity that reflects a student's or character’s unique style and individuality.
Values
Provide the best help possible, with the goal of developing Confidence, Control, Connection and Clarity.
Coach the skills of Awareness and Knowledge of Vocal Habits and the Skills of Dialect Acquisition to empower the individual to understand and self-coach in order to create an integrated self-identified Voice, or a Dialect.
Provide exercises and support to help the individual understand fully how to improve and sustain a powerful, communicative Voice or Dialect.
Provide a structured, yet relaxed, light-hearted and comfortable atmosphere with no pressure.
Provide a non-judgmental space for learning, discovery and development.
Honor an individual's preferred way of taking in information, whether it be visually, auditorily, kinesthetically or conceptually, and pivoting my approach as needed.
Refer students to other specialists as needed, such as an Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor, a Speech-Language Pathologist, a Mental Health Counselor, a General Practitioner, a Dentist, or other health practitioners or auxiliary specialists who are able to supplement and support students in areas that are not my expertise or training.
